HSBC Mabuhay Miles

Fresh from the mail, I got my new HSBC Classic Visa card, I'm clueless why is that I have a new credit card from HSBC, I hurriedly open and read the letter:

Dear Valued Cardholder,
We invite you to embark on a new journey with us.
The HSBC Mabuhay Miles Visa co-branded card with Philippine Airlines will be discontinued effectively
July 15, 2011.
We wish to advise you, however, that the relationship of HSBC and Philippine Airlines (Mabuhay Miles) continues by unlocking more privileges and rewards that only HSBC cardholders can experience. Now, the Mabuhay Miles Mileage program is available for redemption through any of our HSBC credit cards.
In line with this, we wish to confirm that we have successfully delivered your new HSBC Core Visa credit card to your billing address. To activate your new HSBC credit card, click here. Once activated, please destroy your old HSBC Mabuhay Miles Visa credit card.
Aside from your travel needs, HSBC is continually looking for ways to cater your other requirements and luxury through our HSBC Instant Rewards Feature. With your everyday spend, you are entitled to redeem any reward of your choice! For more details, you may visit www.hsbc.com.ph.
